Organic Potatoes and Broccoli

Organic Potatoes (as many as you need to satisfy your family!)
Organic Broccoli (again as many as you need to satisfy your family!)
Watermelon cut in halves

Boil the potatoes until the are soft and tender. Pierce with a fork to tell.
Steam the broccoli until is becomes a deep green color and is tender.
Top with light smart balance and serve with Watermelon slices.

Each as much as you want, guilt free! You can never eat too much fruit and veggies.
Yum.
