Whole Wheat Pasta-we use spaghetti
Barilla Tomato Sauce- we pick a variety
Cook Pasta until al dente-tender and warm sauce in a sauce pan on the stove. Drain Pasta and spread sauce on top.

Organic Salad Dressing
Non-fat Bacon bits
Slice and chop all the veggies to your liking and add salad dressing and bacon bits on top! Yum!!

Nearly Vegetarian Tacos
Hard Corn Taco Shells
Refried Beans
Organic Tomatoes chopped into small cubes
Organic Lettuce chopped thinly
Low-fat Low cholesterol mexican cheese
Lite Sour Cream
Salsa
Heat taco shells in the oven until warm. Cook the refried beans in a pot on low heat until heated through. Put tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese into small serving bowls. Serve everything buffet style and enjoy!

Watermelon cut in halves
Boil the potatoes until the are soft and tender. Pierce with a fork to tell.
Steam the broccoli until is becomes a deep green color and is tender.
Top with light smart balance and serve with Watermelon slices.
Each as much as you want, guilt free! You can never eat too much fruit and veggies.
